The Women in Business programme is one of FNCCI's most-anticipated initiatives — a sustained, year-on-year platform that showcases the strides being made by women business leaders within the Franco-Nigerian ecosystem, while advocating for greater inclusion of women in key leadership positions.
Built in partnership with leading institutions and corporates, the programme convenes women CEOs, founders, executives and policy leaders for an honest conversation on access to capital, leadership pipelines, mentorship and bilateral opportunity.
It is part luncheon, part working room, part celebration — and it has become a reference point for the Franco-Nigerian women's business agenda.
