A clear framework
These Terms & Conditions set out the framework for your relationship with the Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry — what we deliver, what we expect from members and partners, and the legal basis on which we operate.
Please read them carefully. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific terms published for individual events, services or publications.

All content on the FNCCI website — including text, images, logos, reports, the eDirectory and the FNCCI Newsletter — is the property of FNCCI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Members may use chamber publications for internal business purposes; redistribution, resale or commercial reuse requires prior written consent.
Event registrations are subject to availability and the specific terms published with each event. Cancellation and refund policies apply per event. FNCCI reserves the right to refuse admission, modify the programme or cancel an event when reasonably necessary, with timely notice to registered participants.
FNCCI provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information published on the site and shared through our channels, FNCCI makes no warranties as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FNCCI services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos, without prejudice to applicable bilateral or international conventions.
FNCCI may revise these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
